Southern Turf Co.'s 3-Year Warranty covers the fabrication and installation of your turf system.
The following items are not covered by our warranty and will incur a minimum service fee of $250:
- Weed growth
- Melted or damaged turf caused by the reflection from windows or any other producers of sun magnification
- Drainage
- Irrigation once we leave property (including sprinklers)
- HOA or impervious cover restrictions
- Acts of mother nature (floods, fire, etc.)
- Damage caused by humans and/or pets
- Damage caused to utility wires, underground lines and/or water pipes during installation.
- Pet odors
- Tree limbs or other foliage falling on the turf
- Matting of the turf
